Mohammad Ferdosi is a Senior Research Fellow at AGBU. He received a PhD degree in animal breeding from the University of New England in 2016. He has been working on the BREEDPLAN genomic pipeline and its related programs. In addition, his research area is designing and implementing new algorithms for analysing genomic data such as imputation, haplotype inference, population admixture, parentage, genomic relationship matrices and their applications in animal breeding. He is also the author of the R package, HSPhase.
