Gus Rose

Research Fellow

Gus has experience working in research and industry, mostly on improving update and progress in genetic selection. This work includes modelling production systems for economics and genetic selection, stakeholder

engagement across a wide range of topics and data analysis for genetic evaluations.

Gus’s strengths are his multi-disciplinary skillset combining economics, quantitative genetics and social research. He has experience in bio-economic modelling, genetic parameter estimation, breeding programs, surveys, focus groups, semi-structured interviews, case studies, and working with multiple-stakeholders.
